Project: Design book cover for vook about the changes in women’s traditional dress in the United Arab Emirates during the reign of H.H. the late Sh. Zayid bin Sultan Al Nahyan  1960’s - Millennium

Dr Reem wanted a design that incorporated the illustration and a feeling of mixed media hence the torn paper and screened back arabic in the background.

We created a cover that has a little more shelf impact, done by enhancing the typography with color and size, using  different photography and giving the cover more of a corporate look . The new image shows a business suit which is more appropriate to the demographic of possible reader.
